Approval of the 2018 Farm Bill was good news for American agriculture, providing certainty in federal policy that impacts farmers and rural communities across the nation.
The Farm Bill includes key improvements to dairy policy, particularly through the Dairy Margin Coverage program (formerly MPP) – a top priority for Land O’Lakes, Inc. and the dairy industry during Farm Bill negotiations.
Now, with the Farm Bill signed and implementation of the new programs ahead, Land O’Lakes is working hard to ensure our members have information and updates on the various programs that impact their business. On January 14, we hosted a special member webinar to provide details on changes to Farm Bill dairy programs.
